www.albanyclassic.com is operated by the Albany Classic MotorSport Club, Inc. The Club organisaes the “Albany Classic” event, a large annual community-based motorsport event in Albany, Western Australia. Our email address can be found on our contact page.

Website content is managed by Roger Cations who reviews all content for accuracy and suitability before anything is posted on the site.

Refund Policy

No refund/partial refund will be provided for club membership.

Refunds provided at the discretion of the Management Committee for competition entries and festival stall sites, however no refunds provided unless formal withdrawal/cancellation is made 2 months prior to the event date.

All merchandise is sold in ‘as is’ condition, noting that some of these items have been in storage for several years and may not be in absolutely pristine condition.  Due care will be taken to accurately describe all merchandise as accurately as possible.  All clothing items sizing is as labelled by the manufacturer and there may be differences from brand to brand.

If you have a problem with your purchase, please email Roger on roger@albanyclassic.com to discuss returns, exchanges or refunds.  Where it is determined that a refund is appropriate, the item shall be returned to the club post box address and a refund will be issued within 3 days electronically to the buyers nominated bank account.

Warranty Period

No implied warranty for any goods and services offered for sale.

Delivery timeframes

Items will be posted within 3 days of payment via AusPost Parcel Post satchel (tracked).  Delivery: Metro up to 2 business days and Country up to 5 business days (from AusPost website).

Returns

If you have a problem with your purchase, please email Roger on roger@albanyclassic.com to discuss returns, exchanges or refunds.  Where it is determined that a refund is appropriate, the item shall be returned to the club post box address and a refund will be issued within 3 days electronically to the buyers nominated bank account.

Postage Costs

Postage by AusPost Parcel Post satchel (tracked), small, medium, large or extra large ($8.95, $12.20, $15.35 or$18.50) depending on size and weight (5kg maximum).

Prices

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
